SECURITY

SECURITY POLICIES:  
We will be working diligently to provide guests with the highest level of security during this event.  The security parameters below have been designed to detour potentially for unwanted activities and behaviors at the event.  Although these security measures may seem excessive, our key goal is to provide guests with a safe and enjoyable environment.   

• All guests must be of the required Event aged (21 or 23 and above).
 
• All guests are to pre-register such that each ticket is associated with a name and contact information.
 
• Upon entry, tickets will be verified against identification and ID will be scanned.
 
• Over the years, Brass Fan Entertainment has compiled a list of unwanted patrons (through past events and Restaurant Watch Program), should any of these individuals attempt to purchase tickets they will be denied the right to purchase tickets and hence attend the event.
 
• We will employ the use of metal detectors and our security staff will be administering a mandatory, general pat down of all our guests.
 
• Additional surveillance equipment will be employed at the entrance of the event and other various locations.
 
• The event premises have been designated such that the event is contained and all Guests are processed through security upon entry. 
 
• There will be no in/out privileges.  Once Guests leave they are not permitted back into the event.
 
• The required number of Security Officers as prescribed in the City By-Laws will more than doubled (1 Security : 40 Guests ).
